For many years, I thrived as a senior executive in the corporate world — leading teams, building strategies, and driving impact. Yet alongside all the external success, something deeper was quietly calling: the longing to bridge the gap between outer achievement and inner alignment.

What began as a deeply personal journey — to stay connected to myself while thriving in a demanding world — led me into years of training and exploration. I immersed myself in energy work, from Reiki and Heka Transmissions to Integrated Kundalini Activation. I trained in different forms of breathwork, including Clarity Breathwork and classes with Dan Brulé, reconnecting to the profound intelligence and power of the breath. I deepened my ability to hold true, compassionate space through Holistic Counselling training, building on years of coaching and mentoring my teams. I studied Systemic and Family Constellation work with Svagito Liebermeister and Dan Van Kampenhout, and wove in the transformative power of Sound Healing to support even deeper shifts.

Each step was part of my own evolution — bringing me more happiness, life force, and a closer connection to source. This journey became so life-changing that it naturally shaped my mission: to help others bridge the same gap between external success and inner truth. Through tailored programs — or as I like to call them, life force hacks — blending energy work, breathwork, systemic healing, sound, and pure presence, I support you in awakening more of who you already are: strong, open, grounded, and free.

I believe in living with a strong back and a soft front, as Brené Brown so beautifully said — combining resilience with openness, power with presence, ambition with authenticity, strength with heart, leading to expansion and balance.
